This version of the Winch2Go features lighter synthetic rope. Synthetic rope is perfect for the Winch2Go as it weighs less than steel cable making it even more portable winch. Synthetic rope has more benefits: it has no memory so while rigging, the rope can be set down without it whipsawing into a birds nest like wire rope synthetic rope's failure mode is less likely to produce harm to the user. Superwinch loves synthetic rope.
